These terms apply when you use the Packie website at packie.ai and, once launched, the Packie app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. Packie is currently in a pre-launch stage.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for your personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to infringe others' rights.

2. Recognition results

Packie's identification results are generated by AI and provided on a best-effort basis. They may be incomplete or wrong, especially for rare variants, damaged items, or bootlegs. Do not rely on a result as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, valuation or other important decision.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and collection data you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them in order to provide the Service (for example, to run recognition and store your shelf). We describe how we handle this data in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Packie name, logo, the Packie mascot, site design and original content are owned by us and protected by law. Game titles, platform names and trademarks referenced for identification purposes belong to their respective owners; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms as Packie develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
